Legible text and reworked evaluation!

Some of the text was too hard to read so I've changed the font and added a screen darkening layer behind the help text.Also the feedback system was reworked so the text there was easier to read.

The snowman evaluation system has been changed to give better feedback and hopefully be more helpful!
